Tracy Chan is a Manager within the EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services team based in Hong Kong. She has experience working on technical accounting projects for financial institutions located within the APAC region (IFRS 9, Hedge Accounting, etc.). She is part of the EY IBOR transition campaign and focuses on the implications of the IBOR transition over the financial reporting frameworks.
Jenny has over 12 years of experience in helping financial institutions on recovery and resolution planning, IFRS 9, IRRBB, booking model, internal audit, risk and control, outsourcing process management, capital assessment and optimization. Jenny is actively leading the Ernst & Young Hong Kong IBOR programmes and developing comprehensive solutions for different banks including multinational banks, Chinese inbound banks and local banks.
Julien is an financial markets and risk management professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Asset-Liability Management, including 10 years in the Asia Pacific region. Julien is currently head of ALM Treasury APAC Strategic Advisory, and head of ALM Treasury Global Markets APAC. His expertise includes liquidity and interest rate risks management, financial markets, funds transfer pricing, hedge accounting, regulations, own debt issuances, management of ALMT investment portfolio across currencies and cross-border optimization.
