Experiences with new China Travel card | by Steen Olsen |
Since July 10. it has been possible for foreigners with HK permanent residency, to apply for the new China Travel card. After used it 3 times in and out of China, it's really relaxing that no need to think about arrival cards, your passport don't get filled with immigration stamps and then you can use the fast E-channels like the locals. At first time use, it's needed to register fingerprints and biometric at China immigration special lane/E-channel registration office. After that's done, you are free to go and can use the E-channels. If any questions about application and use of the card, feel free to ask Steen on dcc@dcc.hk. |
