Greetings from the Chairman |

Hi everyone!
I hope that you have all entered the Year of the Dragon in good health and are ready to meet and beat your budgets this year. As usual, it will not be as easy - only the persistent and constant performers will win. Those stuck in old patterns, in the good old status quo, wasting precious time challenging the complexity of today will surely lose as a generation of creative marketeers is entering the market with a clear advantage - the knowledge to utilize technology and data to drive their business. For the past couple of months, I have been traveling a lot and talking to many people, and it does appear that people belong in one of the two camps. Luckily, most people in the progressive camp. I guess it is the natural law of business evolution, but surely there is enough business for everyone to get their share. My advice to everyone for March is to stay open-minded and seek support from qualified sources to unlock their full potential. Help and advice exist within our DCC and extended networks: Eurocham, Danish Chinese Business Forum, Denmark-Hong KongTrade Organisation Business Alliance, DCCC, InvestHK, HKTDC, and many others, so feel free to share your challenges. We will do our. best to advise and connect you with the right people. In that light, seeing so many people at our after-work cocktail on Thursday night was great. We are all very busy, so we appreciate everyone taking time out to join.
Don't forget to sign up for our annual AGM on March 15th. It will be another great evening within the historic walls of the Foreign Correspondence Club. While you are at it - also secure your FREE tickets to Art Central (you save up to 330 HKD).
Stay warm!
Yours,
Anita anita@dcc.hk |

February | After Work Cocktails |
| February 29. we had our first After Work Cocktail at 'Be On Canton'. The possibility of networking and getting different kinds of Danish food is a very good combination. More than 30 people joined for an evening of Hygge, networking, enjoying drinks and Danish food. We are happy to see so many people supporting the Danish community in Hong Kong and hope to see many of you again at our coming events. |
