The DBOC index sums up the overall sentiment of the Danish business community regarding China as a market and as a location for various key activities in an index that expresses improvements or deteriorations. Data is collected from company members of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) and the Danish-Chinese Business Forum (DCBF) with a Danish business license (CVR number). The data is collected in a way that allows some segmentation of results based on e.g. sector and company size. On this page you can find more information on the index as well as the latest index results.

For more information on the DBOC index, a reference note can be found here.

The initiative to establish the DBOC index was taken by the Embassy together with the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC), the Danish-Chinese Business Forum (DCBF) and the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC). The format of the index and the questions on which it is based has been developed with key input from business executives in the Danish Ambassador’s local China business advisory group.
