Join us for one of the biggest traditions in Denmark, the Easter lunch. We have arranged a Danish Easter lunch menu that include many of the traditional dishes from Denmark. Please see the menu below. Besides the food there will be free flow of red/white wine, beer, soft drink and juice.
During the Easter lunch there will be live music performance by the Danish singer Michelle Birkballe http://michellebirkballe.dk/ She will sing different songs to give a feeling of Easter in Denmark.

Herring with a curry salad and sliced onion (Sild med karry salat og løg)
Fried plaice with remoulade (Fiskefillet med remoulade)
Cold Artic shrimps with mayonnaise (Rejer med mayonaise)
Warm Liver pate with bacon and beetroots (Varm leverpostej med bacon og rødbeder)
Gammon with creamy potatos (Skinke med flødekartofler)
Ryebread (Rugbrød)
