Danish Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong's Annual General Meeting.
You are hereby invited to participate in the Danish Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong's Annual General Meeting. Please note that this is a Member Only event.
When: 15th March 2024
Time: Doors will open at 6.30pm. AGM will begin at 7.00pm
Where: The Foreign Correspondents' Club

- Chairman's Report
- Financial Report and Budget
- Election of Committee
- Auditors
- AOB
After the AGM there will be a short presentation by a guest speaker about a hot topic in Hong Kong.
As per the by laws, if you have anything you want to add to the agenda, please do so within 14 days prior to the meeting by sending an email to dcc@dcc.hk.
If you only want to participate in the AGM it's free of charge, but still only for members and registration needed.
If you want to participate both in AGM and the following dinner with soft drinks, beer and wine, the fee is HKD 498. For dinner there is limit capacity and only space for 30 persons. If you want to secure your seat, don't wait to register.
